About AiAdGen and These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiAdGen, including our website, account features, AI advertising-video generation tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service and AI Technology

AiAdGen helps you turn product images and written directions into short advertising videos. Our current video-generation workflow uses fal.ai as an AI infrastructure provider. Quick and Standard generations currently use MiniMax H3 Image-to-Video (minimax/h3/image-to-video); Pro generations currently use ByteDance Seedance 2.5 Image-to-Video (bytedance/seedance-2.5/image-to-video).

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unavailable. Quality tiers, resolutions, durations, and model availability may change because of safety, reliability, cost, or provider availability. We may replace or update an underlying model and will update this page when a material change affects how your content is processed.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live and must not use the Service if you are under 13. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information connected to it, and all activity performed through it. Tell us promptly at support@aiadgenio.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Your Inputs and AI Outputs

“Inputs” include the product images, prompts, text, marks, and other material you submit. “Outputs” include the videos and other results generated from those Inputs.

• You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit and use your Inputs.
• You retain any rights you have in your Inputs. You grant AiAdGen and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to process Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use eligible Outputs. Subscription exports include commercial-use rights; credit-pack exports are for personal use; and free previews are for personal evaluation only, may contain a prominent watermark, and are not downloadable or licensed for commercial use.
• AI-generated Outputs may resemble content generated for others. We do not promise that an Output is original, copyrightable, non-infringing, legally cleared, suitable for a particular campaign, or approved by any advertising platform.
• You are responsible for reviewing every Output before publishing, advertising with, or otherwise relying on it.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, promote, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead consumers;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW;
• depicts, promotes, or threatens graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or cruelty;
• contains hate speech, harassment, discrimination, extremist content, or threats against people or protected groups;
• sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• impersonates, deepfakes, or uses the likeness, voice, or identity of a person without the rights or consent required by law;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property or personal rights; or
• attempts to bypass safeguards, obtain unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, introduce malware, spam users, or violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Content Safety, Reports, and Enforcement

Before an AI video-generation request is sent to a model, we automatically screen the generation prompt with technical safeguards. A request that is blocked or requires safety review is not generated and does not reserve generation credits. If the required safety check is unavailable, the request is not generated until the check can be completed. Automated checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that every prohibited Input or Output will be identified; you remain responsible for reviewing Outputs before use or publication.

You may report suspected illegal, infringing, unsafe, or policy-violating content by emailing support@aiadgenio.com with the relevant URL, account details if known, and a description of the issue. We may investigate and take action, including refusing a request, removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating an account, preserving records where legally required, or cooperating with lawful authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in loss of access and credits without refund to the extent permitted by law.

Payments, Credits, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are described on our pricing page. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Payment processing, order handling, subscription management, and related tax or record-of-merchant services may be provided by Waffo Pancake or another disclosed payment provider.

• Credit-pack credits are purchased once and do not expire unless we clearly state otherwise at purchase.
• Annual subscription credits are delivered when the annual purchase is completed and are valid for 365 days. Monthly subscription credits are provided according to the applicable subscription cycle.
• Generation credit usage is calculated from the completed video duration and applicable plan multiplier, rounded up as displayed or explained in the Service.
• We may place a temporary hold on credits before a generation begins and then settle the final amount after the generation completes. If an eligible generation fails, the applicable held credits are released.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to applicable law. If we issue a refund for a credit purchase or subscription entitlement, we may revoke or recover the unused credits associated with that refunded purchase. Used credits, completed generations, and credits lost through an enforcement action are generally not refundable, except where required by law.

Fair Use and Service Availability

To protect reliability and prevent abuse, each user may have only one active generation at a time. Credit-pack users may submit up to one generation request per minute; Creator and Agency subscribers may submit up to three requests per minute. A second request may be rejected until the active task is complete. These limits are not a promise of uninterrupted availability, and we may apply additional reasonable controls for security, fraud prevention, or provider capacity.

Intellectual Property

AiAdGen, its software, branding, and Service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or us, are required to do so by law, or use the Service in a way that is abusive or harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiAdGen disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiAdGen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
