This Privacy Policy explains how AiAdGen (“AiAdGen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, account features, and AI advertising-video generation Service. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@aiadgenio.com.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use AiAdGen, we may collect:

1. Account and authentication information — your name, email address, account identifier, profile image, and authentication information provided when you sign in with Google or another supported login method.
2. Content you submit and create — product images, prompts, text, brand assets, generated videos, task status, and related metadata needed to generate, display, secure, and deliver your content. This includes redacted safety-screening decisions and request identifiers used to prevent abuse and investigate reports; we do not add a copy of your prompt to those safety-audit records.
3. Payment and subscription information — order identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, billing country or other payment metadata supplied by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
4. Technical and usage information — IP-derived security signals, browser and device information, logs, cookies, session identifiers, pages or features used, and error or performance information.
5. Communications — information you send to us through support, feedback, reports, or other communications.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• authenticate accounts and provide the Service;
• process your Inputs through AI models and return requested Outputs;
• store, stream, secure, and deliver eligible media;
• administer credits, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and customer support;
• prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited content, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or protect the rights, safety, and security of AiAdGen and others. Our current service providers include:

• Google for account authentication when you choose Google sign-in;
• Cloudflare for website delivery, security protections including Turnstile, and application or media storage services;
• fal.ai and its applicable model providers for processing AI video-generation requests, including the Inputs needed for a requested generation;
• Waffo Pancake for payment processing, order and subscription management, related merchant-of-record or tax services, and a stateless pre-generation prompt safety check. The safety check returns a decision to AiAdGen and does not retain the prompt text after the response is returned, as described by Waffo;
• other vendors that provide hosting, security, support, analytics, or professional services on our behalf and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to investigate suspected violations, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

International Processing

AiAdGen and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from your local laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers and limit access to information needed for the stated purposes.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations. This includes retaining account and transaction records as required for operational or legal purposes. Generated media and submitted content are retained while needed to provide your account features and may be deleted on request or when we no longer need them. Limited copies may remain in backups or logs for a reasonable period before deletion.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and private delivery mechanisms for eligible generated media. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also close your account. To make a request, email support@aiadgenio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where law permits or requires.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for account sessions, security, preferences, and basic service functionality. We may also use limited measurement technologies to understand how the Service performs and is used. You can control some cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

Children

AiAdGen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@aiadgenio.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
